Overview

The WhatsApp Integration module is an upcoming addition to Custojo that will connect your business with customers through WhatsApp, the world's most popular messaging platform. This powerful integration will enable your team to communicate with customers via WhatsApp directly from within Custojo, providing a seamless experience for both your staff and your customers.

By integrating WhatsApp with Custojo, you'll be able to manage customer conversations, send automated notifications, share documents, and collect information—all while maintaining a complete history of interactions within your customer records. This integration bridges the gap between your customers' preferred communication channel and your business systems, improving engagement and satisfaction.
