Creating Your Account

Registration Process

Follow these steps to create your Custojo account:

Open the Registration Page

Visit the registration page or click the "Sign Up" button on the Custojo homepage.

Fill in Your Details

  • Name: Enter your full name
  • Workspace Name: Choose a name for your organization's workspace
  • Email: Provide a valid email address that you have access to
  • Password: Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters with letters, numbers, and symbols)
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm

Complete the Registration

Click the "Register" button to submit your information.

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email from Custojo. Click the verification link to activate your account.

Login to Your New Account

Once verified, return to the login page and enter your email and password.

Note:

Security Tip: Use a unique password for your Custojo account that you don't use for other services. Consider using a password manager to generate and store strong passwords.

Initial Workspace Setup

Configuring Your Workspace

After logging in for the first time, you'll need to set up your workspace:

  • Company Name: Enter your organization's name
  • Industry: Select your industry from the dropdown
  • Company Size: Choose the appropriate size range
  • Company Address: Enter your business address
  • Phone Number: Provide a contact number
  • Website: Add your company website (optional)

Upload Company Logo

Click the logo upload area to add your company logo. Recommended size is 200x200 pixels.

Set Business Hours

Define your standard business hours and time zone. This helps with scheduling and reporting.

Click "Save" or "Complete Setup" to finalize your workspace configuration.

Setting Up Your Profile

Personal Information

Complete your user profile with essential information:

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a second verification step when logging in.
