Managing Your Subscription

Subscription Management

Control your subscription settings and make changes as needed:

To upgrade your subscription to a higher tier:

  1. 1

    Go to Billing Settings

    Navigate to Settings > Billing in your workspace.

    Select "Change Plan"

    Click on the button to view available plans.

    Choose Your New Plan

    Select the plan that meets your needs.

  4. 4

    Review Changes

    Confirm the new plan details and price difference.

  5. 5

    Confirm Upgrade

    Click "Confirm" to complete the upgrade process.

When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. The new features will be available immediately after upgrading.

Adding a Payment Method

To add a new payment method:

  1. 1. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods
  2. 2. Click "Add Payment Method"
  3. 3. Select the payment type (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  4. 4. Enter the required information
  5. 5. Click "Save" to add the payment method

Updating a Payment Method

To update an existing payment method:

  1. 1. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods
  2. 2. Find the payment method you want to update
  3. 3. Click "Edit" next to the payment method
  4. 4. Update the information as needed
  5. 5. Click "Save" to update the payment method
